Product Summary
The MIC2505YM is a single and dual integrated high-side power switch that consists of TTL compatible control/enable inputs, a charge pump, and protected N-channel MOSFETs. The MIC2505YM can be used instead of separate high-side driver and MOSFET in many low-voltage applications. The device controls voltages ranging from 2.7V to 7.5V. The device can deliver at least 2A continuous current from each output. The applications of the MIC2505YM include USB Power Distribution, 3.3V and 5V power management, PC Card card inrush limiting switch, Hot plug-in power supplies, Battery-charger circuits.
